PART 1 - The system slows down under load A conventional single-load generator armature slows to a stop, as dictated by Lenz and the law of conservation of energy. The greater the resistive load the greater the delay. The only difference between Part 1 and Part 2is the inclusion of ferromagnetic material between the generator and induction motor.
